About

I've been a personal trainer, microbiologist, party company founder, window-washing company owner, top secret document transporter, insurance broker, exotic car parts designer/manufacturer, ad-copy writer and probably a few I forgot! The common thread in all of these is my enjoyment of people and helping them. 

I'm retired now and live in the hills of San Diego, CA with my wife and son.  While I tinker in the shop we just built - I have a love for inventing or solving problems - I also love shopping real estate, aircraft, supercars, yachts and anything I like! 

I enjoy the research, the comparing one product vs another. I love the price negotiation (for more valuable items), I love AVOIDING buyers remorse by doing this in depth research and comparison and I love talking about the process and sharing with others.
